Traditional Southern Vietnamese Phở made with a bone broth and the freshest ingredients available that takes 8 hours to get right. The best thing about phở is it’s restorative powers—the comforting soup is savory and rich, while still feeling clean and refreshing at the same time. The regular bowl comes with 3oz beef brisket and 3oz Bo Vien Meatball or 6 oz of hand shredded chicken in a 48oz bowl filled with goodness.
