PHO

Traditional Southern Vietnamese Phở made with a bone broth and the freshest ingredients available that takes 8 hours to get right. The best thing about phở is it’s restorative powers—the comforting soup is savory and rich, while still feeling clean and refreshing at the same time.  The regular bowl comes with 3oz beef brisket and 3oz Bo Vien Meatball or 6 oz of hand shredded chicken in a 48oz bowl filled with goodness.

Savory Char Siu over steamed rice. This Cantonese dish starts with marinated pork that develops a sweet sticky outside. Served with a house made sauce.

Sesame Chicken

Crispy sesame chicken is sweet, salty, crispy, sticky and a little bit spicy.  This dish hits all the savory and sweet cravings at once.  Served over rice.

 

Bulgogi

A Korean favorite with a mildly sweet and savory flavor. Made with beef marinated in soy sauce, brown sugar, apple, garlic, onion, ginger, ground black pepper and sesame.  Served on rice.  Kimchi also available on request.

A delicious Vietnamese street food combining flavorful grilled pork, rice noodles, and cut up egg rolls with a tangy dipping sauce.  Renamed Obama Noodle after the president who claimed it as his favorite meal during a diplomatic visit.

Mi Quang

Mi Quang is part soup and part salad. Rice noodles and marinated chicken with an assortment of fresh vegetables and herbs, tossed together with a small amount of intensely flavored broth made from pork and chicken stock.

This Sweet and Sour Chicken or Fish is prepared with pineapple, tomato, and bell peppers.  The tomato give the perfect punch of sour to offset the delightful sweetness of the dish.  Served over rice.

 

Vietnamese Chicken Wings

Vietnamese style chicken wings are sweet and spicy. This bold flavor will have you begging for more. Made with garlic, bird eye peppers and fish sauce.

Bi-Bim-Bap

Bibimbap is a bowl of rice mixed with chicken or beef and vegetables. A healthy dining option heavy on vegetables. Served with brisket, an over-easy egg, bean sprouts, scallions, cucumber, carrot, and cooked spinach. Kimchi on request. Pour over spicy Gochujang sauce to taste, stir and enjoy!

Tonkatsu

Breaded crispy pork cutlet served with house made sauce. Tonkatsu sauce is often called Japanese BBQ sauce with smoky and sweet hints that uses Worcestershire as a base.

Served with rice.
